Francois Falls has had an extensive career in various roles in the customer development and marketing field, with a strong focus on the Latin American market. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Manager South Africa at Colgate-Palmolive, Francois has held key positions such as Customer Development Director Mexico, Regional Customer Development Director for Central America, and Customer Marketing Director for Mexico. With a background in sales and marketing, Francois has also worked at Amalgamated Beverage Industries as a Sales Professional. Francois holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Johannesburg and completed the Tuck Global Leadership 2030 Executive Leadership programme at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
