Ellen Brito is a Quality Assurance Technician with seven years of experience in logistics within a distribution center and has returned to the manufacturing sector in 2022. In their current role, they are responsible for quality control and product release, while also supporting continuous improvement and managing non-conformities. Ellen is pursuing training in Brazilian Sign Language to facilitate their goal of providing training to the deaf community at their plant. Additionally, they are an active member of the Colgate Women's Network and Diversity & Inclusion committees, aligning personal values with those of the organization. Ellen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and is currently pursuing an MBA in Quality Management.
