Rich Atkinson, PhD, is a global HR and operations executive with extensive experience in enhancing organizational culture and performance. Currently serving as General Manager of People & Culture at Coles Group, they have previously held leadership roles at prominent companies such as eBay, dnata, and GE Money, where they executed transformative HR strategies and drove significant improvements in employee engagement and operational efficiency. Rich has been recognized for their strategic contributions, including multiple HR Excellence awards, and has developed a robust understanding of people management across diverse global markets. They are currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Philosophy & Theology at the University of Oxford.
