Matt Rousseau is the owner of Synergy Realty Group and serves as the Director of New Construction at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, roles they have held since 2007 and 2008, respectively. They previously held significant positions in the construction industry, including Senior Vice President at Rosewood Home Builders, where they contributed to substantial sales growth. Matt was also the General Manager at Wickes Lumber Company and owned Adirondack Manufacturing, a start-up vinyl window and door manufacturer. They earned an Associate of Science degree in Math/Science from Hudson Valley Community College between 1977 and 1979 and are a past President of the Capitol Region Builders and Remodelers Association.
