Ling Zhang is an engineering lead with over 16 years of industry experience, including 8 years in tech leadership and management roles. They co-founded the streaming infrastructure team at Grab and have led initiatives at companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Expedia, where they engineered significant data-related solutions. Currently, Ling serves as a Staff Engineer and Tech Lead Manager at Coinbase, overseeing multiple areas critical to business growth. They hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, graduating in the top 10% of their class.
