Nithya Seetharaman is a Risk Advisory professional with over 17 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control Frameworks, Contract Risk Management, and ESG Governance, having worked with Big4 firms and in various industry roles. Nithya served as Director of Internal Audit at Consark from 2014 to 2018, and held positions such as Assistant Manager at PwC and Associate Consultant at Ernst & Young. Recently, Nithya has taken on the role of Associate Director at Cognizant, focusing on Sustainability Reporting, and has been appointed Vice President of Assurance at Barclays in 2024. Nithya earned a B.Com in Commerce and Accounting from the University of Madras and is a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
