Fred Hannett is an advisor, strategist, and speaker with a focus on military and veterans health programs. They have guided numerous clients through the complexities of Federal health initiatives as a strategist, consultant, and lobbyist, leveraging extensive policy and programmatic knowledge acquired over decades in and out of government. Currently, Fred serves as a member of the Board of Advisors at Cognitive Medical Systems, Inc., and has been the founder and managing principal of The Capitol Alliance since 1997. Fred previously held a board member position at AMSUS - The Society of Federal Health Professionals from 2018 to 2022, and worked as a consultant at UnitedHealthcare from 2006 to 2013. They hold a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Indiana State University.
