Ståle KAFFEKOPP is the Head of Security Engineering at Cognite, where they focus on security advisory, compliance, risk management, and penetration testing. With prior experience leading the Product and Application Security teams at Schibsted Media Group, Ståle has successfully launched multiple bug bounty programs and rolled out security training for over 1,000 product managers and developers. They have been the Chapter Leader for OWASP Oslo since 2016 and are passionate about enhancing security culture and practices across organizations. Ståle holds both a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering and a Master's in Computer Science from Norges Informasjonsteknologiske Høgskole and NTNU, respectively.
