Brett Johnson is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in private equity and operational management. Johnson served as Vice President at One Equity Partners from January 2000 to December 2002, and held various leadership roles at Industrial Growth Partners between May 2021 and May 2022, including COO & CCO, Managing Partner, and CFO. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Vice President of Asset Based Finance at American National Bank, Director at Regents of the University of California, and Managing Director at Pantheon from September 2005 to 2016. Currently, Johnson is the Managing Partner & CFO at Cogenuity Partners, where a focus on innovative investment strategies in the advanced industrial economy is prevalent. Johnson earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
