Ace Callwood is an experienced Executive Mediator and Facilitator at Envoy, where they apply the science of behavior and the art of facilitation to assist high-performing teams in important discussions and decision-making processes. They co-founded and currently serve as Creative Director of Coffitivity.com, which is recognized for enhancing creativity through ambient soundscapes. Between 2008 and 2011, Ace contributed as a Private Contractor for NEK Advanced Securities Group and also briefly worked as an Instructor at General Dynamics Information Technology. Ace has held various leadership roles, including Managing Partner at Equal Sons and Co-Founder & CEO of Painless1099, and has been actively involved in guiding conversations around culture and inclusivity as a Consultant and Lead Facilitator at TMI Consulting Inc. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Entrepreneurship at Virginia Commonwealth University.
