Eilish O'Sullivan is a strategic HR leader with over two decades of experience in shaping people strategy and culture across MedTech, pharmaceuticals, and professional services. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Coffey, Eilish develops strategic HR initiatives to support growth objectives in Ireland and the UK. Previously, Eilish held various leadership positions at Medtronic, where they led large-scale people transformations and enhanced global talent initiatives. Eilish holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin, complemented by further qualifications in organizational development. Recognised for their ability to bring clarity to complex situations and build trust through collaboration, Eilish is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
