Previously, Jay held senior roles at companies including Bonkey, where Jay served as Technical Director, and Cisco Systems, where Jay worked as a Flash Developer. Jay has led award-winning design and engineering teams for major brands such as Google, Starbucks, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, focusing on performance, accessibility, and web standards. Additionally, Jay has contributed to the mentoring of others in the tech community, particularly through involvement with the Portland Women in Tech program. Based in Portland, Oregon, Jay is also a motorcycle enthusiast, musician, and dog lover.
