Ariel Ickowicz serves as the Vice President of Finance and Head of FP&A at Cockroach Labs since October 2021. With extensive experience at BMC Software from February 2004 to October 2021, Ariel held various senior roles including Area Vice President of Operations and Senior Director of Finance, focusing on the Digital Business Automation Business Unit and Global Support Sales. Previous to BMC Software, Ariel worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Merck & Co from July 1998 to January 2004. Ariel holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Derby and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of Management Academic Studies.
