Francis ARULRAJ has extensive experience in the engineering and management sectors, beginning with a role as an industrial engineering apprentice at Henkel from September 2007 to September 2011. Following this, Francis worked at Lesieur from September 2013 to December 2016, taking on various positions including Responsable techniques and Chef de projet industriel. Currently, Francis serves as Senior Manager of Plant Engineering & Technology at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners since January 2022 and has also been a Plant Manager at Barry Callebaut Group since November 2025. Francis holds a degree in GIM, Génie Industriel et maintenance EN ALTERNANCE from l'IUT de Sénart / Fontainebleau (2006-2008) and a degree in GIM, Génie industriel méthode EN ALTERNANCE from ENSAM (2008-2011).
