Danny A. has had a varied work experience since 2015. Danny started as a Sports Assistant for the City of St. Helena and then moved on to become a Youth Program Specialist and Youth Specialist & Case Manager for UpValley Family Centers. In 2016, they took on the role of Head Coach - Boys Varsity Soccer for Calistoga Junior-Senior High School and Head Coach - Boys U11 Club Soccer for Napa United. In 2017, they became a Soccer Player for Napa Valley 1839 FC. In 2019, Danny A. worked as a Site Coordinator for Homework Central San Mateo and a Program Coordinator, Senior Coordinator, and Program Manager for Friends for Youth (FFY). Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Head Coach - Boys JV Soccer and Assistant Coach - Boys Varsity Soccer for Mills High School.

Danny A. has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Kinesiology: Sport & Recreation Management from Saint Mary's College of California, obtained in 2014. Danny has a variety of certifications, including an A Crash Course for First-Time Manager or Supervisor from Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack, obtained in October 2021; Introduction to Grassroots Coaching from U.S. Soccer Federation, obtained in May 2020; CCCAA Compliance Rules Exam from CCCAA, obtained in December 2019; Accredited Interscholastic Coach from The NFHS Network, obtained in May 2016; National E License from U.S. Soccer Federation, obtained in December 2015; National F License from U.S. Soccer Federation, obtained in December 2015; and NFHS Coach Certification from The NFHS Network, obtained in August 2015.
