Marcelo Kulka Msc. is a supply chain and operations management professional with extensive experience in supply chain processes, including S&OP, materials and production planning, and logistics management. Having worked in large multinational companies in the automotive and capital goods sectors, as well as national companies in fashion and textiles, Marcelo has focused on process improvement and waste reduction using Lean Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints philosophies. Currently serving as the Industrial Logistics & Logistics Engineering Sr. Manager at CNH Industrial, Marcelo also teaches at UFPR in the postgraduate course for Industrial Engineering 4.0. Marcelo holds a Master's degree in Engineering of Production and Systems and is pursuing a Doctor's degree in Production Engineering.
