Simon Pangihutan Simorangkir, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of External Relations at CNGR Advanced Material since November 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Julong Indonesia, where responsibilities spanned from Social Security & License Manager to Assistant to the CEO, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking clientele. Simon has also held multiple positions at PT Astra International Tbk, contributing as a Human Capital Development Specialist and People Development Analyst. An early career involved a business development internship at Indoprima Group, a representative role at APEC, and teaching Mandarin at several educational institutions. Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Universitas Sumatera Utara and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
