Marcin Bejm is the Partner and Head of Energy & Infrastructure at CMS Poland, where they transform complex energy and infrastructure projects into operational assets. With extensive experience in the oil & gas, transportation, and waste sectors, Marcin previously held senior roles at Clifford Chance LLP and Baker & McKenzie, where they advised on M&A and led a projects practice recognized as Band 1 by Chambers Europe. Marcin has received accolades for their expertise in public-private partnerships, project finance, and public law matters. They hold a diploma in English Law from the University of Cambridge and a law degree from the University of Warsaw.
