Agata Jurek - Zbrojska is a qualified legal advisor with a master's degree in law from the University of Warsaw and is currently pursuing a master's degree in International Business at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. With over 15 years of experience in the CEE real estate markets, Agata has led significant transactions in Poland and participated in cross-border deals across Europe. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Real Estate and Construction at CMS since 2022, Agata has advised developers, banks, and financial institutions on various legal issues related to real estate and construction. In addition to professional endeavors, Agata has enjoyed lecturing at the Warsaw School of Economics and is preparing for a doctorate thesis on strategic management tools in revitalization projects. Outside of work, Agata engages in sports like CrossFit and enjoys art, particularly surrealism, along with activities such as ski touring and kitesurfing.
