Peter De Jonghe is currently the Head of Tanker Operations at CMB.TECH, a position held since 2025, following a decade-long career at the same company where they served as a Senior Operations Executive from 2014 to 2024. Before their tenure at CMB.TECH, Peter held various roles in the maritime industry, including positions as a 3rd officer, 4th officer, and App. Officer at Exmar from 2010 to 2011. Peter's early experience includes being a Cargo Superintendent at Belgo-Iberian Maritime from 2012 to 2014 and an Intern Consultant at the Diamond Jewellery and Management Institute in 2012. They earned a Master's degree in Nautical Science from Hogere Zeevaartschool Antwerpen and a Master's in General Management from Antwerp Management School.
