Benedicte Quatrecasas is an experienced international professional in Talent and Organization Development, currently serving as the VP of Group Talent Management at CMA CGM. They previously held multiple significant roles at Faurecia, including Management Development Director for the USA, Mexico, and Canada, and HR Reporting Controller in Germany. Benedicte's career also includes a position as Talent & Organization Development Director at Hermès. They have a Bachelor’s degree in Political Study with a specialty in HR from Institut d'Etudes politiques de Toulouse and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Sorbonne. Fluent in French, English, and German, Benedicte has lived on three continents.
