Dr. Sally Hayes is a highly experienced senior manager currently serving as the Director (Students) at the Open University and a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. With extensive leadership experience in Higher Education and the National Health Service, Dr. Hayes has held several key positions, including Acting Executive Dean and Director of Strategy, Planning and Resources at the Open University, and Head of the School of Health and Wellbeing at Leeds Beckett University. Dr. Hayes is dedicated to enhancing student success through collaborative partnerships and strategic initiatives, drawing on a solid educational foundation with a Doctor of Education in Nurse Education from the University of Sheffield. Additionally, Dr. Hayes has contributed to the third sector as an Independent Chair of Third Sector Leeds, ensuring effective collaboration across various organizations.
