Chris (Cheolmin) Chon is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare since October 2025. Prior to this role, Chris held positions at Sumo Logic where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Technical Account Engineer and Technical Account Manager, focusing on observability and SIEM solutions, customer infrastructure, and technical guidance. Chris has also worked as a Sales Engineer at SUSE and Trend Micro, providing technical support and executing Proof of Concept demonstrations for Linux and security products, respectively. Early career experiences include a role as a Systems Engineer at CDNetworks managing large-scale Linux systems and a Software Development Officer for the R.O.K Army Central Finance Corps.
