Silvia Alberini is an experienced professional currently serving as a Resource Manager for the shadowing program at Cloudera since November 2021. Silvia has held multiple roles at Cloudera, including Services Infrastructure and Billing Analyst for the APAC, AMER, and LATAM regions, overseeing the end-to-end order management life cycle, timesheet, project expense approvals, and invoicing processes. Notable accomplishments include a successful implementation that improved the credits and rebills process through collaboration with various teams. Prior to Cloudera, Silvia worked at PGi in roles such as Global Service Manager and Sales Operations, managing service delivery and billing for customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes recruitment support at SGB HUMANGEST HOLDING and internships in event planning. Silvia holds degrees in Marketing and Business Economics from Università degli Studi di Verona and studied abroad at Université Bourgogne Europe.
