Jag Bassi serves as the Director of Technology Product at Close Brothers since October 2025. Previously, Bassi held the position of Head of Data in the Digital Product Group for London Stock Exchange Group from October 2022 to February 2025, where responsibilities included defining and developing the Data Product function within the Post Trade sector. Bassi also served as Data Futures Director and Digital Product & Proposition Director at Nationwide Building Society from April 2018 to October 2022, focusing on enterprise-wide data strategy and digital strategy implementation. Prior experience includes roles as Digital Product Director at Barclays, Global Head of Digital Product Development at Hibu, Digital Product/Proposition Consultant at MoneyHelper, and Head of Online Product Development at Sky. Bassi holds a BA with Distinction in Politics & Economics from The University of Manchester.
