Caleb Spence is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Northern Kentucky University. They have a demonstrated history of working in the mining and metals industry, managing quality assurance teams across various roles at Cleveland-Cliffs, including overseeing metallurgical labs and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Spence holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and previously worked as an Associate Metallurgist at AK Steel Corporation, where they contributed to new product development and quality oversight.
