Stephanie Jerse is the Executive Director of Corporate Compliance and Business Ethics at Cleveland Clinic, a position held since 2023. Previously, Stephanie directed the International Compliance Program at Cleveland Clinic from 2020 to 2023 and served in various compliance roles at Babcock & Wilcox in 2018. Stephanie is also a board member of The B Brave Foundation, where they support families affected by complex medical needs. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, followed by a Doctor of Law from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
