Krista Matlock is a seasoned healthcare leader and Army veteran currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations Market and Network Services at Cleveland Clinic. With a robust background in payer strategy and contracting, Krista previously held the role of Director of Business Development and Payer Contracting at Cleveland Clinic, where they effectively led national contract negotiations and developed strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Krista served as Director of Payer Strategy and Contracting at KentuckyOne Health, negotiating contracts that generated significant revenue for the health system. Krista earned a BFA in Industrial Design and an MBA focused on operations management from Eastern Illinois University, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
