Rizwan Syed currently serves as a Senior Implementation Engineer at Cleo, where expertise has been gained in the Cleo suite and API-based communications for integrations, including proficiency in various document formats. Prior to this role, Rizwan worked as an EDI Engineer at IBM, focusing on B2B integrations and EDI tools while demonstrating a strong understanding of EDI standards. Rizwan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research and has completed education in Science, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at Sri Chaitanya College of Education and Little Flower English High School.
