Ross Hymel is the Global Mobility and Immigration Programs Lead at Clearwater Analytics, bringing over five years of expertise in managing immigration processes across the U.S. and EMEA. Previously, Ross served as a US Immigration Specialist at Bloomberg, where they facilitated consultations between foreign nationals and legal teams while ensuring compliance with immigration laws. In addition to their role at Bloomberg, Ross has contributed to various immigration-related positions, strengthening client relationships and advising organizations on complex visa matters. Ross holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Louisiana State University and has international experience in both the U.S. and Europe.
