Vincent Lim is currently the Principal Legal Counsel at ClearScore, specializing in tech, intellectual property, data, and commercial law. With extensive in-house and private practice experience, Vincent has advised a diverse array of businesses and investors on legal matters, including M&A and strategic tech transactions. Previously, Vincent has held positions such as Group Legal Counsel at Hutchison Whampoa and worked as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Vincent also contributed significantly as a Professional Ambassador for Aspiring Solicitors, promoting equality in the legal profession. Vincent earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Oxford and holds a First-Class Honours degree in English Literature from Durham University.
