Sarah O'Connell is a seasoned professional in the events and programs sector, currently serving as the Director of Events and Programs at Cleantech Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, O'Connell was the Sr. Director of Conferences at Gartner, where responsibilities included managing an international portfolio of IT and business events, focusing on content development and conference growth. O'Connell spent nearly 15 years at the International Trademark Association (INTA), first as Director of Education and before that as Manager of Program Development, contributing significantly to educational content and member experiences. Earlier roles include positions at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America, with a strong emphasis on program development and logistics for large-scale conferences. O'Connell holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Pace University and a BA in Communication from George Mason University.
