Brian Goodwin is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project development and management, currently serving as Vice President of the Residential Business Unit at Clayco since September 2023. Previously, Brian held multiple leadership roles at Ryan Companies US, Inc., including Vice President of Project Development for Multifamily & Senior Living and Senior Living, as well as Director of Preconstruction for Senior Living. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Project Manager at Anderson Companies and Project Manager at both Adolfson & Peterson Construction and GBI Homes, starting his career as a Project Manager at BOR-SON Construction. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1993 to 1997.
