David "Buddy" Blackburn is the President of Construction & Facility Development at Clay Lacy Aviation, where they manage FBO services across multiple locations and oversee leasing and construction projects. Buddy's extensive career in the general aviation industry began in 1990 at Keystone Aviation Services, where they rose through various management roles to become President. After the sale of Keystone to Atlantic Aviation in 2017, Buddy served as Senior General Manager until 2020. Armed with a wealth of knowledge in FBO operations, they also have a background as a veteran of the United States Air Force.
