Shelly Brown is an award-winning CIO and enterprise technology leader with extensive experience in global IT transformation. They have served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Burns & McDonnell, overseeing a $200M budget and driving innovation through modernization and cybersecurity enhancement. Previously, they held various leadership roles at organizations such as Sprint, HNTB, and CA, where they managed significant budgets and complex IT ecosystems. Shelly is passionate about mentoring emerging tech leaders and currently holds board positions with the KC Tech Council and Kansas City CIO.
