William Dobbs is a veteran Steamfitter General Foreman with extensive experience in the HVAC and construction industry. They currently serve as the Head Coach for Morris Rugby's girls' team and are the Co-Founder of the Elite Girls Rugby League. William is also the Director of Coaching at Morris Rugby Club and has a strong commitment to training and motivating teams while managing safety standards and achieving project goals. With a background that includes roles at Steamfitters Local Union 475 and CK Control Temp, Inc., they uphold high standards of quality and efficiency in their work. William received their certificate in Steamfitting from the Steamfitters Local Union Apprenticeship after graduating from Jefferson Township High School.
