Jared Rodriguez has extensive experience in healthcare and community support, currently serving as a Senior Care Coordinator in Transitions of Care at Cityblock Health since February 2019. Previous roles include Transitions of Care Care Coordinator and Community Health Partner at the same organization. Prior to this, Jared worked as a Support Worker at Boys & Girls Village from December 2016 to January 2019, and as a Residential Counselor at Mental Health Connecticut, Inc. from August 2015 to September 2016. Jared began a career in service as a Corps Member with City Year from August 2013 to July 2014. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from the University of Connecticut, completed in 2015.
