Cris Bangaoil is a Senior HRIS Applications Analyst currently working at City of Hope, where they apply their data science skills to enhance workforce analytics. With a rich background in HRIS and payroll management, Cris has previously held positions as an HRIS Analyst at Imaging Healthcare Specialists and Welk Resorts, where they led system enhancements and created advanced HR dashboards. They also gained experience as a Payroll Manager at entertainment works, implementing effective payroll systems for a large commission-based workforce. Cris holds an M.B.A. in Sports Business Management from San Diego State University and a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside, complemented by a Bootcamp in Data Science and Visualization from UC San Diego Extension.
