Mark Wamsley has extensive experience in geographic information systems (GIS), currently serving as the Utilities Geographic Information System Program Manager for the City of Everett, WA, since September 1999, after progressing through roles as a GIS Analyst/Programmer and GIS Technician. Prior to this, Mark worked as a GIS Specialist at Weston Solutions, Inc. and GIS Southwest Inc. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with a focus on Geographic Information Management from Northern Arizona University, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
