Tamara Westerman is an Administrative Operations Manager at the City of Eugene and has served in various capacities, including Executive Assistant and Operations Manager in the City Manager's Office. Previously, they worked as a Customer Relations Manager at Kendall Auto Group from 2004 to 2008 and as a Permit Specialist 1 at the City of Eugene from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Tamara was an Administrative Assistant at Multi Financial from 2000 to 2004. They are currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Theology/Theological Studies at INSTE.
