Megan O'Callaghan is the City Manager of Dublin, Ohio. They previously held several leadership roles, including Deputy Director at the Ohio Department of Transportation from 2011 to 2014 and Deputy Director of the Department of Public Service for the City of Columbus from 2007 to 2011. O'Callaghan also served as an Administrator for the Ohio Department of Transportation from 2004 to 2007. They have been a board member for the Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors since 2019. Megan holds a degree from Capital University Law School, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
