Chuck Hall is an independent IT consultant and experienced application developer with a strong background in the finance industry. Skilled in SQL, web applications, Agile methodologies, CSS, and the .NET framework, Chuck has worked for various companies, including Cincinnati Bell, Fund Evaluation Group, and the City of Cincinnati, where they currently serve as a Senior Computer Programmer Analyst focusing on software development. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati College of Business and is currently concentrated on cleaning code and implementing test-driven development.
