Lewis Powell is the Deputy Budget Director in the Data Analytics Division of the City of Chicago's Office of Budget and Management. Previously, they served as a Policy Associate in the Office of the Mayor and as an Analyst in the same division. Additionally, Lewis was a Policy Assistant for Rahm Emanuel's campaign for Mayor. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing from the University of Dayton from 2003 to 2007.
