Dr. Charlitta Hatch is a nationally recognized business and civic leader shaping the future of Charlotte. They have held significant roles, including Senior Director at Slalom and Senior Manager at Accenture, and have contributed to community leadership as President of the Junior League of Charlotte during a historically challenging year. Dr. Hatch is currently the Chief Data and Analytics Officer and Deputy Director of Innovation and Technology for the City of Charlotte, while also serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Their educational background includes pursuing a BS in Business Management from Hampton University. Additionally, they authored the BLACK BOY JOY Series from 2018 to 2020.
