Sarah Ballinger is currently the Director of Strategic Initiatives in the People Operations Cabinet for the City of Boston. Previously, they served as a Teaching Assistant and Student Admissions Associate at Trinity College-Hartford and as a Senior Analyst at Abt Associates, where they managed social and economic policy projects. They also held roles at the MIT Media Lab, supporting program management and strategy, and participated as a Transition Term Fellow for the newly-elected Massachusetts Governor. Sarah holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College-Hartford.
