Stephanie W. Telles, MBA, CFE, is a dedicated leader and dynamic public speaker currently serving as a City Councilor for District 1 in Albuquerque. With a background in criminal defense management, operations analysis, and government accountability, they have worked in various roles, including as the Director of the New Mexico State Auditor’s Government Accountability Office. Stephanie has also contributed to the academic community as part-time faculty at both The University of New Mexico and Central New Mexico Community College. They are the founder of Otoño Consulting, LLC, specializing in training and advisory services focused on fraud prevention and organizational development.
