Mary Parsons is currently the Head of Food at City Harvest London, where Mary has been since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mary worked at COOK Trading Ltd for over a decade, starting as a Retail Manager and progressing to roles such as Retail Operations Manager, Category Manager, and eventually, Head of Food. Mary graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Geology.
