Wei Liou is currently the Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer for North America Markets at Citi, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer for Latin America Markets at the same company from 2012 to 2022. Wei's professional background includes roles as a Business Manager in Equities and a Marketing Manager for Consumer Cards at Citi, as well as experience as an Account Planner at Young & Rubicam Group and in trading positions at Daiwa Securities and Susquehanna International Group. They are pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School and a BS in Operations Research from Columbia University.
