Todd Bailey is a strategic communications leader with over 20 years of experience spanning project management, public relations, and media creation. They currently serve as Vice President of Communications & Global Public Affairs at Citi, where they develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Previously, Todd held positions as Communications Director for Bristol Tennessee City Schools and Media Services Coordinator at Eastman Chemical Company, among others. Todd earned a Master's degree in Public Relations from East Tennessee State University, followed by an M.S. in Professional Communications from the same institution.
