Shawn Arnold, MBA, is currently the AVP IT Project Manager for Global HR Systems at Citi. They previously worked as a Senior Consulting Analyst at Mercer and held roles at Robert Half as a Talent Manager and Staffing Manager. Shawn co-founded Mawn Merchandise LLC and gained early experience as a Marketing and Brand Development Intern at App Innovators, LLC. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University, where they also received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, along with minors in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship.
